It depends on the type of gown needed. For bridal gowns our turnaround time is 6-8 months. Anything below 6 months is considered a rush and will have an associated fee. Evening, prom and pageant wear can take between 2-3 month turnaround.

Yes, Kimaya McPherson gowns are available for editorial, red carpet, and select creative projects upon approval.

All requests are subject to availability and brand alignment.

All final images must be shared within 7 days of publication or posting.

All stylists must submit a pull request via this Submission Form. All requests are reviewed for brand alignment and availability.

Approval is not guaranteed.

If approved:

• A Rental Agreement must be signed prior to release.
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) may be required.
• A security deposit may be required depending on garment value.
• Pull fee must be paid before pickup/shipping.

No garment leaves the studio without a signed agreement and payment confirmation.

You will be response for the entire cost of the garment if lost, for damaged garments a percentage of the entire cost of the garment will be charged. This percentage will be stated in the rental agreement.

A non-refundable Pull Fee applies to all rentals.

Standard Pull Fee starts at: $300

The Pull Fee covers:

• Garment preparation
• Fitting time
• Handling & studio coordination
• Administrative processing

The Pull Fee does not apply toward future purchase.

Standard rental window: 3–5 days

Example:

• Pickup: Monday
• Return: Friday

Extended rentals must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

Late returns will incur a daily penalty fee.
